Everyone at the Modernist is at your service, as a ‘concierge collective’ that is ever-present, all-knowing and available round the clock to assist and advise on your wants and needs.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.Early check-in/late check out is subject to availability. While we cannot guarantee it in advance, we will do our best to accommodate it.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
No need to feel weighed down by your luggage if you have a late flight. We’ll gladly store it and recommend ways of make every moment of your last few hours in Thessaloniki count.
PARKING
We have a special discount arrangement with a private lot located just a 3-minute walk away. To enjoy this discount, please share your car’s license plate number in advance. Kindly note that reservations are not possible.

A comfy bed, water and food bowls and – wait for it – a goody bag with treats will be waiting for you at your Modernist room. *Up to 10kg, one pet per room, with an extra daily cost. There is a nightly limit of 3 pets at The Modernist.

Our rooftop on the 7th floor is a light-filled indoor and outdoor space. The rooftop lounge invites guests to relax, work, meditate, or collaborate during the day. It’s an ideal venue for small social events or meetings.
SHOP
Our shop is more of a loosely curated display of some of our favourite lifestyle items that may catch the corner of your eye on your way in and out of the Modernist. You’ll find our branded moleskin notebooks, alongside city guides and the books to gift or take home to your own coffee table, as well as souvenirs and our custom-made coffee mugs.
ART GALLERY
Perfect for your exhibition or product launch, The Modernist Art Gallery highlights the exceptional creativity of our community. We host exhibitions featuring local artists, offering a unique space to showcase creativity.
MEETING ROOM
Our ground-floor boardroom seats 10 and includes a 55” screen, AV gear, speakers, blackout curtains, and full connectivity, with tech support and accessories available on short notice.
CAFÉ
On the ground floor, right next to The Modernist’s entrance, you will find our cafe. The best place to start your day with a specialty coffee & a delicious selection of bites.
